The Rise of Al Dente's
Family, like most, is valued deeply within the Al Dente's workforce. The Williams' lead the industry, with several descendants of the family being active members of the community. The workplace feels very close and tight-knit, leaving the community feeling really involved with the development of the company. They see a day at work as a "get together" and are welcoming many people into the workforce in a week-wide hiring spree.
What drives the company is the hopes of moving in to the mall food court, located next to the Burger Shot. They have plans to expand the menu, offer road side pickup, food deliveries, and so much more. In our interview they revealed that the agglomeration they experience as a business is very good and helps them grow. Despite the fact that there are 5+ other dining options, Al Dente's remains one of the main places to be.
Sources reveal however, the questionable ownership and events as the first week unfolds of the establishment of the business. From the closing of the mall, to the kidnapping of one of their employees, Al Dente's has been through the ringer. In an intimate conversation; it was revealed the discussion between an executive and an employee, that drugs and a "side business" would be used with Al Dente's...Al Dente's has denied our request to leave a comment on the situation.
We asked Burger Shot manager Josephine Buford what her opinions on Al Dente's were; she told us "There is no bad blood between Al Dente's and Burger Shot - Infact, a lot of Burger Shot barbies even work there, also!". But CEO Mckinleneigh Nessavarmens begs to differ claiming that Al Dente's has been bullying her to the point of tears - tears that were inevitably shed during our interview. Ms Nessavarmens claims that she has extended an olive branch to Al Dente's and offered to share the Burger Shot slaughterhouse with them - Instead, they called Mckinleneigh an "old bitch".
Despite the flaws, Al Dente's rises up as a competitor in the fast food business and is a hit for Luxe! They ended our interview off with a statement "We are family run and cater to anyone regardless of gender, age, size, race, or ethnicity". The launch of Al Dente's is exciting and we are just as excited as the staff to see what holds in store for the newfound restaurant.
